• Monday, December 19, 2011 - Welcome in Hilversum Java!
  Today was the day! Our new kitten from Zweden has arrived at our place. Quirina spent the weekend in Germany, Danmark and Sweden and visited Cattery S*Fridalas in Svalöv (near Malmö). Java is black tortie tabby blotched with white and has a family tree which differs very much from our own cats. She's getting used to our other cats at the moment (and the other ones are getting used to her ofcourse), but we think this will be ok in just a few days. We already took some nice photo's of the little girl.
• Wednesday, December 07, 2011 - New pictures of Bjørg's litter

• Wednesday, November 30, 2011 - New Swedisch addition for our cattery
  It's been keeping us busy the past few weeks, but it's formalised since a few days. In about two weeks, Quirina will commence her journey to a little town in Sweden called Svalöv (near Malmö) to visit Cattery S*Fridalas Norska Skogkatter. She will pick up our new kitten Java. She is a beautiful blotched tortie female and is almost nine weeks old at this moment. We are looking forward to the adventure of picking her up, the moment to meet Java and of course to meet Gunnel, owner of the cattery.
• Wednesday, November 30, 2011 - All kittens booked!
  We just received the good news that the new future owners of Provence would like to have Bretagne as well. Provence and Bretagne will move to Wormer in about two weeks. Lorraine will live in Oudorp and Champagne will have a new home in Amsterdam. But first.. just another two weeks of total terror ;-)

• Tuesday, September 13, 2011 - Kittens from Bjørg!
  Bjørg got het first litter today! During the day, she gave birth to four kittens. First, Lorraine was borg. A black tortie with white female kitten. A little later, she gave birth to Bretagne (red with white male) and Provence (black tortie female). And last but not least, Champagne (Crème with white) was borg. All kittens are doing great and photo's of the lot have been uploaded to the kitten page.
• Saturday, August 13, 2011 - All kittens are reserved!
  Elin has been reserved today. Elin will join her sister Bjørnøya Anna in Amsterdam. Hedvig will move to Bussum.
• Sunday, July 24, 2011 - Yay! Kittens!
  Freya gave birth to three kittens! A black with white female (Elin), a tabby mackerel female (Hedvig) and a tortie female (Sigrid). Two of the three kittens are doing great, but Sigrid had a birth weight of 41 gr. and unfortunately passed away later this day, despite of additional feeding and lots of love from her mother and from us. • Saturday, July 09, 2011 - Status update of expected litters
  Yesterday was the day, Bjørg was ready to get pregnant :-) We brought het to Sneek today for a meet 'n greet with Kalbokattens Christian of Cattery Mezoezah's. Meanwhile, Freya shows all signs of pregnancy. We expect het litter around July 24. Watch our kitten page closely. And you can ofcouse follow us via Twitter.
• Tuesday, May 31, 2011 - At least, Freya is not in heat
  After her visit to Diego, she isn't in heat anymore... Now we have to wait and find out whether she's pregnant. Please visit our news paga or kitten page regularly!
• Tuesday, April 26, 2011 - New photo's of Bjørg
  Bjørg really enjoys our new garden and the forest behind our house. We added some pictures of her playing outside and the results of chasing a bird just a bit too far (15 metres in a tree). Click here to visit the photo album of Bjørg.
• Tuesday, April 26, 2011 - New plans!
  After moving to another home twice, we have finally been able to adjust the website and to add our plans for this year. The cats are exploring their new house and garden and it's time to look ahead.
  
  We added plans for Freya and Bjørg. Freya will meet Dangerfjord's Diego again. Bjørg will become a mother for the first time. She will have a nice rendez-vous with Kallbokattens Christian. Take a look at the kitten page for all information about these plans.

• Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Giovanna and Sverre moving out
  Giovanna and Sverre will go to their new home in Dordrecht today. They will stay togethet, so they can enjoy each others company and they can explore their new home together and meet their new personnel.
• Monday, September 13, 2010 - Giovanna and Sverre will move out!
  Both Giovanna and Sverre have been reserved this weekend. They will go to Dordrecht in October!
• Sunday, September 12, 2010 - New pictures of Giovanna and Sverre!
  Giovanna and Sverre were playing so nice together today. We took the opportunity to take some pictures of both of them. They're real buddies, although Sverre is twice as old as Giovanna. Considering the fact that Sverre is multiple times bigger than Giovanna, Giovanna is really taking care of him! • Sunday, July 11, 2010 - Bjørnøya Giovanna is born!
  During the exciting and unfortinately lost final, Freya gave birth to Giovanna. Giovanna is an amber-bearing, black tabby mackerel female kitten and does not have any brothers or sisters. She is named after the captain of the Dutch FIFA-final team. Fortunately, Mørke and Sverre are still around to play with the new born kitten. Check out the kitten page for more information.
• Wednesday, May 05, 2010 - Freya meets Diego
  We dropped Freya off in Alkmaar today to spend some time with Dangerfjord's Diego. Diego is a male cat in the not so common color amber. This means that Freya's kittens will have amber in their genes. We expect Freya back home on Friday and expect the litter somewhere around the 9th of July 2010. • Thursday, April 22, 2010 - Yay! Mina Miranda her first litter!
  After a restless night, Mina’s first kitten was born on April 21 around 23.40 (Mørke), the second kitten was there ten minutes later. Unfortunetely, this kitten passed away during birth. A few hours later, another kitten anounced itself. Sverre is born at April 22 at 1.15 AM. Mina has two beautiful sons and is o so proud! Visit the kitten page for more information and photo’s.
• Wednesday, April 21, 2010 - Mina Miranda is giving birth at the moment!
  Right at this moment (11:40 pm), Mina Miranda is giving birth to her first litter! She's picked a quite unreachable spot for us, but that will be ok. Exciting!
• Saturday, March 06, 2010 - Plans for Freya her third litter!
  Our plans for the third litter of Freya are as good as final. We think that Diego of Cattery Amber Forest is a good match for our Freya. Diego's color is amber, which means that the kittens in this litter will have the amber color in their genes as well. • Saturday, February 20, 2010 - Mina Miranda is back again.
  Mina Miranda (Loedertje) has returned from Sneek today. She had a little rendez-vous with Zimexis Robin of Lockslet. Now, we can only wait. If everything goes according to plan, she will have her first litter somewhere near April 23rd.
• Monday, February 15, 2010 - Loedertje is away for a few days!
  Loedertje left to Sneek this evening for a meet and greet with Robin of Locksley. We expect her to be back in a few days and she will get her kittens somewhere near the end of April.

  Bjørg will be joining the International show in Hilversum, organised by Mundikat.
• Sunday, December 20, 2009 - New pictures and first show planned for Bjørg
  We've added some new pictures of our own Bjørg today. She is six months old at the moment and keeps on growing. She looks a lot like her father and has the same facial expressions. She is becoming a beautiful cat. We've enroled her for the upcoming Felikat show in Haarlem on January the 17th in 2010.
• Thursday, November 05, 2009 - Plans with Metal Miauws Mina Miranda
  Today, Metal Miauws Mina Miranda went to the vet for the yearly checkup and the mandatory tests for FeLV/FIV. Al tests were negative, which means that she will pay a visit to Sneek to meet with Robin of Cattery Mezoezah. We will have another litter early 2010 and this will be the first litter of Mina Miranda! Visit the kitten page for more information.
• Monday, October 05, 2009 - Brynar moved as well!
  Brynjar moved to his new home in Hilversum today. When the bench opened he immediately started to explore the house, so he will be alright. He will be called by the name Momo in his new home.
• Sunday, September 27, 2009 - Bjørn moved out as well!
  Today Bjørn moved out at well. He lives in Amsterdam-IJburg now together with two Persian cats.

  Today Bjarne has moved to his new home in Hilversum.

• Monday, August 24, 2009 - Back from holidays: new pictures!
  After nice and well deserved holiday, we are back home. It's amazing how fast kittens can grow in only two weeks time! This is the reason why we decided to put some additional pictures online of the four rascals. The pictures are added to the personal albums of Bjarne, Bjørn, Bjørg en Brynjar. All group pictures are included in the group album.
• Friday, August 07, 2009 - Bjørn found a new home as well!
  Bjørn has met his new owner today. From this moment on, all kittens are reserved and will leave the litter at the end of September. Bjarne and Brynjar will stay in Hilversum at two different owners, Bjørg will stay with us (also in Hilversum) and Bjørn will move to Amsterdam-IJburg.
• Tuesday, July 28, 2009 - Day 40: new pictures of the group!
  Today was a good day for some new pictures. It's been a week since the last photoshoot and they are growing and growing. They are playing, running and teasing the other cats ;-) Individual pictures are included in the albums of Bjarne, Bjørn, Bjørg and Brynjar. Two very nice group pictures are included in the group album.
• Monday, July 20, 2009 - New pictures of Bjørn!
  We took some really nice pictures of Bjørn today and we've put them on-line right away. The kittens are 32 days old at the moment and are growing by the minute. They have been eating solid food for a few days now and Freya is comfortable with it. At least she gets some rest now ;-) De new pictures of Bjørn are includes in his very own photo album.
• Sunday, July 19, 2009 - Family trees on the website visualised.
  Sometimes, it's just fun to change something to the website besides making and uploading photos of the kittens. Family trees are always a bit dull and contain lots of names and codes. For the parents and grand parents, we uploaded some graphical material to pimp the family trees. A nice addition. Check the family trees of Freya, Loedertje and ofcourse of our new Bjørg
• Friday, July 17, 2009 - New pictures of Loedertje
  Loedertje becomes more adult as well and once in a while we take some pictures of her too, which we ofcourse always like to share with you. Sometimes she's desperately looking for males, so now we are using some birth control pills to make things a bit more convenient for her. Her new pictures are include in her own photo book
• Thursday, July 16, 2009 - New pictures from the B-kittens!
  Today we did another photoshoot of the four. They grow by the minute and have a lot of fun running around in the house. Please refer to the kitten page for all pictures and the group pictures.
• Monday, July 13, 2009 - First time outside dinner!
  Today was the day. We prepared a little bowl with some solid food for the kittens, and today they tried some of it. Now they're not solely dependent of milk from the mother anymore. However, they still like that the most :-)
• Saturday, July 11, 2009 - New litter photo album and new pictures.
  Today we uploaded a photo album with group pictures of the B-litter. Additionally, every kitten has his/her own album with individual pictures. We updates these pictures today as well.
• Saturday, July 11, 2009 - Bjarne and Brynjar have a new future home
  Busy days at the Cattery! Both Bjarne and Brynjar received visitors and were introduced to their future personnel :-) They will leave the cattery somewhere in september and will live somewhere else in Hilversum. Really close to us. There's some news about Bjørg as well. She will stay with us and be our third Norwegian Forest Cat.

• Sunday, May 10, 2009 - Freya pregnant!
  We have watched her closely for several days, but now we are sure. Freya seems to be pregnant. She is becoming pretty big now and particularly likes or dislikes the other cats. Watch our kitten page for information on this litter.
• Saturday, April 18, 2009 - Freya back home.
  Freya returned home today after a few days sleep-over with Robin of Locksley at Cattery Mezoezah. We now expect kittens. In about three weeks we will know whether Freya is indeed pregnant. Closely watch our kitten page for more information.

  We brought Freya to Sneek today for a sleep-over at Cattery Mezoezah. Hopefuly she and Robin of Locksley like each other and can we announce kittens in June. More information on the kitten page.

  This morning was the moment! Freya had her first litter. After a night without much sleep, we decided to watch Freya closely and suddenly there was a small black kitten next to Freya. After a few seconds the second kitten was there as well. More information on the kitten page.
